All products are made ahead of time, so what you see on the Website is what is available at the time. Please allow 2-3 Business days to gather your order and get your Parcel posted.

You will hear from me via Whatsapp regarding your Tracking number and progress on your parcel.

I use Courier Guy at the moment so the delivery time should be anything from 3-5 days depending on location.

Yes, once on the Checkout page you can select the option for Free Collection in Richards Bay only. I will contact you via Whatsapp once you place your order to confirm a suitable date and time for collection.

You can make payment via the Yoco Portal or EFT Payment at Checkout.

I aim to find fabric that is of high durability to ensure long lasting quality. For all the Scrunchies I look specifically for strong fabrics that are soft and protective on your hair and strong elastic to keep up with daily use.

To keep your handmade items looking their best, it is recommended that you handwash and airdry only. Machine washing and tumble drying are done at your own risk, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for shrinkage or color bleeding caused b machine use.

It is advised to regularly wash your Scrunchies and bags for hygienic reasons and to keep them looking new and fresh for longer.

Yes, Jaspery Dreams started off joining Craft Markets since 2021. We try attend as many local Markets in Richards Bay throughout the year. We do want to attend more Markets outside of Richards Bay in the future.

Jaspery Dreams is a unique name I created from the name of my cat, Jasper. Finding the right name took a long time because I wanted something that felt personal and meaningful, while also leaving room for the business to grow without being tied to one specific product.

Jasper has brought so much joy and happiness into my life, so creating a name inspired by him felt like the perfect choice. It gives the business a little piece of something special and sentimental, while still allowing Jaspery Dreams to be whatever I dream it can become.

A little unusual? Maybe. But if a name can have meaning, bring a smile, and still leave room to dream, then why not? Right?
